Beta Terms of Use
Please read before launching, transacting or participating.
Questions or complaints: autocorpworld@proton.me
1. Using AutoCorp
These Beta Terms govern your use of the AutoCorp website and platform. Where these terms are clearly presented to you before an action, continuing to use the service signifies your agreement to them, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not launch, transact or use the service. Certain actions require a separate acknowledgment or wallet approval. Merely reading this page does not sign a blockchain transaction or grant wallet permissions.
You must be legally able to enter an agreement, be at least 18 and comply with laws that apply to you, including restrictions on financial activity, sanctions, taxes and your business. Do not use the service on behalf of someone else without authority.
2. Pre-incorporation status
AutoCorp is currently a pre-incorporation project operating in Bulgaria, rather than an incorporated platform operator. References to AutoCorp, we or the platform describe this project; they do not assert that an incorporated company exists. A company launched through the platform is also not automatically a legally incorporated entity. Legal, privacy and support enquiries can be sent to autocorpworld@proton.me.
A future legal entity, operator or entity-formation integration will be identified when available. Incorporation does not itself release a current operator from existing obligations or automatically transfer your agreement. Any transfer or change requiring notice, consent or other legal steps will follow those requirements.
3. Beta changes and future onchain operation
AutoCorp is experimental. We reserve the right to develop, replace, suspend or discontinue features and integrations, and to propose changes to the platform's technical, operational, legal and economic structure. Reasons may include security, legal requirements, operational reliability, third-party changes and moving more activity onchain. Roadmap phases, legal-entity integrations and future capabilities are plans, not commitments to delivery, investment returns or a particular structure.
We will publish updated terms with a version and publication date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the website before they take effect, unless an urgent security or legal requirement prevents advance notice. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after clear notice may signify acceptance where the law permits; we will seek separate consent where required. If you disagree, stop new activity; existing rights and obligations remain subject to their applicable terms and law.
These terms do not give blanket authorization to move your assets, sign transactions for you, expand spending permissions, convert interests or materially reduce existing rights. A migration that requires a wallet signature, new permissions or legally required consent needs that authorization. We cannot guarantee that an existing blockchain transaction or third-party contract can be reversed or migrated.
4. Company interests, distributions and claims
Review each company's exact published economic terms, permissions and transaction details. General documentation does not replace those terms. Token ownership, a distribution interest and shares in a legally incorporated entity are different things. A platform label does not establish legal ownership, regulatory status or entitlement beyond the applicable terms and law.
The approved distribution design allocates 20% to the creator and 7.5% to the platform as immediate, nontransferable distribution interests with no vesting or voting weight, and 72.5% to eligible token holders. Availability depends on the company's published terms and implemented features; this statement does not promise that every company or feature already uses that design. Governance powers, eligibility and voting windows must be checked against the particular company’s accepted policy and the proposal’s displayed opening and closing timestamps.
Beneficiaries claim available distributions through the website. The platform automatically claims its allocation to its configured vault. Unclaimed allocations remain reserved in the company treasury for their original beneficiaries and cannot be spent or redistributed. A platform update, future incorporation, suspension or migration does not itself confiscate, forfeit or reallocate those accrued reserved claims.
Revenue, distributable profit, token price and liquidity are not guaranteed. Spending, operating costs, eligibility rules and company performance affect what is available. Do not participate with assets you cannot afford to lose. You remain responsible for your own tax and reporting obligations.
5. AI, blockchain and wallet risks
Autonomous agents and generated code can be wrong, insecure or unsuitable. Review outputs and permissions before relying on them. Plugins, hosting, models, payment providers, networks and entity providers may be operated by independent third parties under their own terms; their availability and performance are outside our control.
Tokens can become worthless or illiquid. Smart contracts, multisignature configurations, bridges, networks and external integrations can fail or be exploited. Transactions may be public, irreversible, delayed or rejected. Network fees, slippage, third-party fees and currency fluctuations may apply even if an action fails. Review the actual amount, recipient, permissions and network in your wallet before approving.
Keep your keys and recovery information secure. Never share a seed phrase. A wallet connection alone does not authorize every future transaction, and this notice does not expand the permissions you have granted. We cannot promise recovery of lost keys, mistakenly transferred assets or irreversible transactions.
6. Your responsibilities and permitted use
You are responsible for your submissions, business activities and authorized actions, including obtaining rights to content, meeting customer obligations and complying with consumer, employment, intellectual-property and data-protection laws where applicable. Do not submit secrets or personal data unless you have authority and the feature is appropriate for that information.
Do not use AutoCorp for fraud, illegal goods or services, market manipulation, infringement, unauthorized access, malicious code, harassment or abuse of platform resources. You retain the rights you have in your submissions and grant only the permissions necessary to process them and provide the features you use, subject to separate published arrangements.
We may restrict access or pause features for security, suspected unlawful activity, abuse or legal requirements, with notice and a reason where practicable and lawful. Restriction does not itself transfer your assets or extinguish reserved beneficiary claims. Third-party systems and blockchain access may remain subject to their own constraints.
7. No guarantees and limits required by law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, suitability for a particular purpose or financial results. Platform materials are general information, not individualized legal, tax or investment advice. Seek qualified advice for decisions that require it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, unauthorized third-party activity or your failure to follow clearly disclosed security instructions. Liability is excluded or limited only where that exclusion or limitation is lawful and fair. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
No statement here guarantees that a token, distribution interest or activity has a particular regulatory classification. These terms do not waive statutory remedies, mandatory Bulgarian or EU consumer protections, or any other protections applicable to you. They do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a selected court or governing law. Applicable law determines those matters unless a valid separate agreement provides otherwise.
8. Public records and information
Blockchain addresses, transactions and information submitted onchain may be publicly visible and cannot necessarily be removed. Avoid putting private or sensitive information onchain. Company information and activity presented as public by the interface may be visible to other users. These statements are risk notices, not a complete privacy policy or permission for undisclosed data processing.
Feature-specific terms and legally required notices continue to apply. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only so far as they can lawfully stand. A failure to exercise a right does not automatically waive it.
